Frequently Asked Questions
First time at a skatepark ? No worries! You are more than welcome at The Factory, here are a few questions that might help you before you come to ride!
Do I Pay Online or In Person?
All Memberships, Lessons, and Groups are pre-paid online. Open Sessions must be paid on site via our kiosk. The only Cash allowed is during our 2 Hour Staffed Open Session times. See Our Prices.
What Do I Need to Bring?
Bringing your own bike, helmet, & pads is always best since you will be most comfortable using each of them, however if you do not have a bike or helmet don’t worry because we have them for rent. We even have a smaller size BMX bike as well for the real young kids.
Are Helmets Required?
Yes. At All Times.
Are Scooters Allowed?
Of course! This is our own indoor hobby facility. We all ride what we want to ride! However our ramps in general are designed more for bikes, many of which scooter riders love, including our Resi Padded Landing Ramp, and our Foam Pit.
Can I Practice at Home?
Always! Feel free to practice at home on the street before any sessions! Learn to Bunny Hop, Manual, etc… All things our instructors can teach you during a Lesson. Getting warmed up, prepared, and ready to ride is never a bad thing!
Anything to Drink On Site?
We do have a soda machine on site however we do not have a water fountain at this time.
What can I learn at The Factory?
We can teach you anything from the basics of rolling down a ramp for your first time, to learning tricks like grinding or 360′s. This all depends on the amount of practice you put into it and the rate you progress. Flips, tail whips, bar spins, we have more than enough experienced and professional riders at the facility to teach you anything you can handle.
Do I need to Book a Lesson to Learn?
Of course not! Our instructors are also Members and ride daily. Feel free to ask them questions any time!
