X – 2011-2018: How To Schedule a Time & Ride at The Factory – Before You Come

There are a few things we need to make sure we do before you come to ride !

STEP 1. COMPLETE OUR ONLINE WAIVER

First, you need to make sure you have filled out our online waiver. If you are under 18 you will need your parent to fill it out. This takes about 1 minute…

STEP 2. REQUEST YOUR SESSION OR LESSON TIME

Next, you need to tell us when you would like to ride!

STEP 3. ONLINE PAYMENT TO BOOK & RESERVE YOUR SESSION (NO CASH ACCEPTED ON SITE)

Last, after you fill out the form in step 2, we will contact you about you requested date and time for your session or lesson. Once this is complete we need to make sure you pay online before you come ride. We will email you a link to a secure payment form hosted by PayPal where you can pay via any credit or debit card, or even your PayPal account if you have one, however no PayPal account is needed for payment.

We do not accept cash on site. We require online payment before you come ride because we have to pay a rider or instructor to have the facility unlocked for your session or lesson and after enough times of people not showing up, The Factory keeps losing money. As much as we’d love to, we can not afford to keep a facility open that continues to lose money, we hope you understand.

Group Payments

If you are coming with a group for a day session, please collect all the cash from your group and pay online for the full amount. If the total for your group is over $100, we will even give you $5 off your session or lesson if you are the one to collect & pay for everyone since you are saving all of us time. For example if you have 5 riders total for a private day session, you will collect $25 from each rider, and pay us for everyone however you will only pay $20 for yourself, $120 total.

Cancelations

If you would like to cancel or re-schedule a reserved session, we can fully refund your payment. We can also re-book for another date or time.

STEP 4. GET READY TO RIDE! WHAT TO BRING

First time at a skatepark ? No worries! You are more than welcome at The Factory, here are a few items you may want to think about before you come for your session:

Bikes, Helmets, & Pads (All Optional, but Recommended)

Bringing your own bike, helmet, & pads is always best since you will be most comfortable in them, however if you do not have a bike helmet or pads don’t worry because we have them for rent! We even have a smaller size BMX bike as well for the real young kids.

Lessons

Feel free to practice at home on the street before your lesson! Getting warmed up & ready to ride is never a bad thing!

Stay Hydrated!

Also bring some WATER & snacks! We do have a soda machine as well just incase.

SEE YOU SOON!

Thank you again for your time and support, we look forward to having you at The Factory!
