ATTN: Riders at our Open House – Waiver Required

Everyone who will be riding at our facility this weekend for our Open House will need this waiver filled out, if you at 18+ you can do it when you get there, however anyone under 18 will also need it signed by a parent at The Factory. If parent is not present, the waiver must be notarized.
